This Privacy Policy explains how SaveMyPay ("we", "us", "our", "platform") collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you use savemypay.xyz and related services. By using SaveMyPay, you agree to this policy.
SaveMyPay is operated from Hyderabad, Telangana, India and complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and applicable rules.
1. Who We Are
SaveMyPay is a collective buying platform that helps salaried professionals access corporate-level pricing through group orders. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at support@savemypay.xyz.
2. Information We Collect
Account information you provide: Name, email, phone number, city, employer (optional), profile photo (optional).
Transaction information: Deals you express interest in, deals you commit to, payment confirmations, group order history.
Wallet information (optional): If you opt into our Solana rewards program, we collect your Solana wallet address. We do not collect or store private keys.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time on site, referral source. Collected via standard web analytics.
Communications: Messages you send to our support team, vendor queries, feedback.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To match you with relevant group deals.
- To process your participation in deals and verify identity.
- To send transactional updates (deal status, group progress, payment confirmations).
- To distribute on-chain rewards to your wallet when applicable.
- To improve the platform, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as needed:
- With vendors — Limited information (name, contact, order details) is shared with the vendor fulfilling a deal you've joined. We share only what is required to complete the transaction.
- With payment partners — Razorpay or other gateways process payments and may receive necessary KYC and transaction data.
- With service providers — Hosting, email, analytics, and support tools we use to operate the platform. These providers are bound by confidentiality.
- For legal reasons — If required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Solana Wallet and On-Chain Rewards
If you opt into our rewards program, transactions involving reward distribution happen on the Solana blockchain. These transactions are public and permanent by design. Your wallet address is visible on-chain, but we do not link it to your name publicly.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for sensitive data in transit and at rest. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure — please use strong passwords and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the basis.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

9. Children
SaveMyPay is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by law (typically 7 years for financial records per Indian tax law). On account deletion, we anonymise or delete personal data except where retention is legally required.
12. International Transfers
Some of our service providers (hosting, analytics) may be located outside India. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place for any cross-border transfer.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or platform notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
