Welcome to SaveMyPay. These Terms govern your use of savemypay.xyz and our services ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
SaveMyPay is operated from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. These Terms are governed by Indian law.
1. What SaveMyPay Does
SaveMyPay is a collective buying platform. We aggregate demand from salaried professionals and negotiate corporate-level pricing with verified vendors. We are a technology platform that connects buyers and vendors and are not the seller of goods or services. Each deal is fulfilled directly by the listed vendor.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use SaveMyPay.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@savemypay.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. How Deals Work
- Browse and express interest: Free. No commitment.
- Aggregation: When enough users express interest, we negotiate group pricing with the vendor.
- Commitment phase: Once pricing is finalised, you choose whether to commit and pay.
- Fulfilment: The vendor delivers the goods or services as per the deal terms.
Expressing interest does not create a binding obligation. Only payment and confirmation create a contract, and that contract is between you and the vendor.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through licensed payment gateways (such as Razorpay). SaveMyPay does not directly hold your funds beyond what is required for short-term transaction processing. All payment information is handled under PCI-DSS standards by the gateway.
6. Vendor Relationships
SaveMyPay onboards only verified vendors but does not guarantee the quality, delivery timelines, warranty, or after-sales service of vendor offerings. Disputes over product quality, delivery, or service must be resolved directly with the vendor, though we will assist where possible.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund and cancellation terms vary by deal and vendor. Specific terms are disclosed at the time of commitment. Our general policy:
- Before a deal closes, you may withdraw with a full refund of any pre-payment.
- After commitment and vendor confirmation, refunds follow the vendor's policy disclosed at checkout.
- Platform fees, where charged, are non-refundable once a group deal is closed.

8. Solana Rewards (Optional Program)
Users who opt in may receive on-chain reward tokens on Solana for qualifying activities. These rewards:
- Are a discretionary loyalty benefit, not a financial product or investment.
- Are not a security, currency, or legal tender.
- Have no guaranteed value and are not redeemable for cash by SaveMyPay.
- Are distributed at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued.
You are responsible for any tax obligations related to rewards under Indian tax law.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Misrepresent your identity or eligibility.
- Manipulate group deals through fake accounts or bots.
- Resell, transfer, or commercialise access to deals.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Platform content without permission.
- Interfere with Platform security or other users' access.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, code, and design is owned by SaveMyPay or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- SaveMyPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.
- We are not liable for vendor performance, product quality, or third-party services.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SaveMyPay against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. You may close your account anytime by emailing support@savemypay.xyz.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For consumer disputes, you also have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
